Your registrations details: Your company, job title and full name will be used for networking purposes. By finalising your registration, you agree that the information you have provided is correct.
CAPA will happily accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split between delegates under any circumstances.
CAPA has the right to refuse, refund or reject registrations.
For Credit Card transactions, your order will be processed in USD. Daily currency fluctuations and any credit card and/or international transaction fees that your bank may charge may result in slight variations to the amount charged to your card.
For Bank Transfers, please email email@example.com. Payment must be received within 7 days from the date of invoice. All payments must be finalised prior to the conference.
Payment via bank transfer incurs an USD30 administration and transfer fee.
Discounted registrations: To be entitled to discounted rates, registration and payment must be received before the expiry date advised and paid via credit card. If payment is not received by this date, the Full Rate will apply. Discounted registrations are strictly non-refundable and cannot be split nor shared in any way.
Refunds will not be issued for any price differences to passes purchased at a higher rate before a promotional discounted rate is advertised. Virtual passes are non-refundable
Airline delegate passes: CAPA is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary Virtual passes for airline delegates. To see if you are entitled to a pass, email your full name/company/job title to Christine Sroba, firstname.lastname@example.org
Media delegate passes: To apply email your full name, company name and job title to CAPA Events at email@example.com Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CAPA Live" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Cancellations must be made in writing to CAPA. Refunds will be based on the date of receipt, cancellation date and issued as follows: 45 or more days prior to the event – 100% of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate. 15-44 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate. 14 days or less prior to the event – no refund. Once the conference has commenced – strictly no refund. (Discounted registrations are strictly non-transferable).
Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only.
CAPA reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
