Nejib Ben Khedher

Dr. Nejib Ben Khedher is the Divisional Senior Vice President, Skywards (Loyalty) at Emirates since July 2015. Formerly, he was the Senior Vice President, Business Technology Solutions, the business facing unit within the Emirates Group IT Division, which he joined in June 2012. He carries 30 years of global airline and travel experience, spanning from being the COO of a major US-based online travel retailer, to leading an airline consulting practice and a global delivery organization for a prominent business technology solutions provider. Most of his executive assignments, in the past 15 years, were to lead large transformations or turnarounds. His main point of interest in the past few years has been around “harnessing data to effectively engage with customer in the digital channels”, at the intersection of customer, digital, and analytics. Dr. Nejib started his career as a research scientist within the American Airlines Decision Technologies division after earning a PhD in Operations Research from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and another one in Air Transportation respectively from the Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Management Schools in Toulouse, France.
