Subashini Silvadas

Subashini joined AirAsia in 2007 and is currently responsible over the strategic direction of AirAsia Group which has airline operating company in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and India. She oversees the network and fleet planning, scheduling, regulatory function and is also responsible for evaluating merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities, new joint ventures, special projects, corporate developments and ensuring the Group has the right fleet strategy to support the Group’s growth. Subashini also has experience in Revenue Management. Subashini is a Chartered Certified Accountant and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). Prior to joining AirAsia, Subashini worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia for 5 years.
